Appointments: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can check in and relax. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time and may be asked to reschedule. At Tom's Color Bar, your services are personally reserved for you.
Scheduling: Our computerized scheduling system allows you to quickly book your future appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments For Chemical services Must Be Cancelled By 5:00 pm the Evening Prior. If you cancel three or more appointments we reserve the right to refuse future reservations or may require a nonrefundable deposit.
